Indoor wayfinding
So everyone gets where they are going.
qrn guides visitors, shoppers and staff on their own phone to the shelf, the room or the clinic — in warehouses, libraries, large venues and stores.
Sound familiar?
-
Visitors ask at the reception
Someone has to walk them there, or they get lost in the corridors.
-
Shoppers can’t find the product
It is right there on the shelf — but nobody is around to ask.
-
New staff spend weeks learning where things are
Meanwhile they keep asking colleagues and work more slowly.
-
Signs don’t keep up with change
After a re-layout, signs, maps and directions are quickly out of date.
How it works
Three steps, and everyone on site finds their way with their own phone.
-
We survey and map your site
We walk the site and create its digital map: entrances, rooms, shelves, lifts and stairs.
-
We put up the signs
Small, clearly visible signs go on the walls and shelves — this is where the guidance starts.
-
Visitors find their way with their phone
They choose where they want to go, and their phone guides them there step by step.
