Privacy notice

This notice covers the personal data you provide in the demo request form on the qrn.hu website.

What data we process

The name, company or organisation name and email address you enter in the form, and if provided: your phone number, field, site size and message. In addition: the language of the request, the address of the first page you opened on our site and — if you arrived by clicking an ad or a link — its campaign tags (e.g. utm_source, utm_campaign), the time of your consent, and an irreversibly encoded form of your IP address to filter out abuse.

Why we use it

To arrange and hold the demo, and to prepare a tailored offer. The campaign tags show us which of our ads were useful.

Legal basis

Your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given by submitting the form, which you can withdraw at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

How long we keep it

At most 2 years from receiving the request, or until you withdraw your consent, if earlier. After that the data is deleted.

Who has access

Authorised staff of iNNOField Kft. The data is stored on our hosting provider’s server (data processor). We do not sell the data or pass it on to third parties.

Cookies

The website only uses cookies that are necessary for it to work (session and form protection). We use no tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can withdraw your consent at any time — write to qrn@innofield.hu. You can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, www.naih.hu) or go to court.
